What We Do
How BAC Works for the Student-Athlete and their Family
- We evaluate the student athlete’s athletic ability and his/her projectability (how good can they be)
- We research the student-athletes background to understand the prospect better
- We have each athlete cross-checked by several references throughout the process to assure written evaluations are accurate and reflect the most objective and honest assessment of the student-athlete’s ability
- We assess the Academic/Financial and Environmental elements that may impact the individual athlete
- We audit over 130 variables that drive the student-athlete’s college search
- We write a personalized, objective evaluation on the student-athlete clearing illustrating strengths, weaknesses, technical and physical aspects of their ability while projecting “best-fit” levels and projectability (looking into the future for improvement)
- We create an Independent Recruiting Plan that directs our holistic college search
- We market evaluation to specific athletic demographics that “fit” the athletes IRP and levels of competition
- We used a four-pronged marketing approach when sending evaluation to the college coaching community (personalized handwritten mailed letter, email, fax, call)
- We advise on matters of financial aid
- We advise on matters of admissions
- We are continuously re-evaluating and updating evaluations for the college coaching community
- We personally follow-up on all evaluations that are sent to college coaches (call/email)
- We are available to the college coach for follow-up and questions 24/7
- We advise the student-athlete on how to plan for and prepare for the college visit
- We help the athlete create a film that can be used in the marketplace
- We are available 6-days a week, 18 hours a day to support the student-athlete and his or her family
- We consult/advise/mentor the athlete throughout his/her college career
